Uncoached, a product of Emergyng Energy ("we", "us", or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your data.

 We collect minimal data — your email for opt-in purposes, purchase information (managed securely via Gumroad — we do not store payment info), Usage analytics (basic anonymous tracking through our website to understand engagement), and optionally, your name if provided to Field for a personalized experience. Field conversations are not stored or shared with any other users.

2. Use of Information

 We use your data to provide access to our products and services, send optional updates (if opted in), improve user experience, and maintain legal compliance.

 Your email may be used to share product updates or news. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of our emails.

3. AI & Chat Data

 We do not use your inputs for advertising or third-party tracking. When you interact with Field (our AI assistant), your messages are temporarily processed by an AI service (e.g., OpenAI) to generate responses. These conversations are not stored or viewed by our team, and are never shared across users. Please do not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information in chats — while our goal is your safety and clarity, AI conversations are not encrypted end-to-end and should not be treated as private messaging.

 All messages shared with Field are private to the user’s experience. Field does not share or store user conversations across sessions. No individual data is accessed, stored, or reviewed by our team. Conversations are processed in real-time only and are not saved or visible after the session ends.

4. Data Security

 We use trusted platforms (such as Gumroad and Dorik) that adhere to industry security standards. Your personal information is protected using encrypted connections. We do not sell or share your data.

5. Cookies

 We use essential cookies for basic functionality and traffic insights. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect your browsing experience but will not prevent access to Field or downloadable content.

 You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our messages. We do not currently offer data deletion requests but do not store personal data beyond your email and name (if used).

 We do not share or sell your information with anyone. You can access our tools and website without providing personal information beyond your email and first name (if using our optional AI features).
