Is this therapy or coaching?

After that, you can unlock deeper sessions, rituals, and hidden features.

What if I don’t know what I need?

Uncoached is built to meet you right there — whether you’re overwhelmed, numb, or just curious. There’s no “right” way to use it, and no performance required. Just show up as you are.

How do the printable cards work?

Once you purchase the Clarity Toolkit, you’ll receive a downloadable PDF with beautifully designed cards. Each with a specific focus — like grounding when everything feels too much, or tuning in before a busy day. From body scans to reset rituals, you can print them, reuse them, or keep them on your device.

Can I use this with my clients (if I’m a therapist or coach)?
